Comments about Hill's Prescription Diet z/d Low Allergen Feline Dry Food:

My seven-year old cat developed vomiting and severe diarrhea and became dehydrated; after rehydration by vet was diagnosed with intestinal sarcoma and the vet suggested I have her PTS. Not an option. Another vet in the same district diagnosed IBS and prescribed Z/D - my cat has regained lost weight and is now in excellent health. Use both dry and wet Z/D. After about six months on Z/D she has also become much calmer after being hyperactive all her life. The only problem is that every cat in the neighbourhood also loves the dry Z/D and have to keep doors shut to keep them out!

Comments about Hill's Prescription Diet z/d Low Allergen Feline Dry Food:

My cat had a skin condition, which was diagnosed as some vague allergy. The first line of treatment was this food. The second would be expensive allergy tests. The cat's skin cleared up within a few weeks of him eating the stuff. Phew! He, and the non-allergic cat really enjoy this food, which is great. They just come running when they hear it hit the bowl.
