I only plug in when I'm going to be away from home or there is a storm. It eases the tension of my dog's and mellows their fears during thunder and lightening, but they do still prefer to stick close to me during the storms.
I thought I'd ordered the spray and was delivered the plug in, so next time I will try the spray.
All in all, I'm satisfied with the results of this product, and will continue using it in the future.
