I`ve used Frontline Plus to good effect in the past, but lately it has not been completely ridding my cats of fleas. I`m wondering if the fleas have built up an immunity, and I`m thinking of trying Bayer Advantage II for the next application of flea remedy.

Product is a small amount of liquid in plastic application vials. Very quick to apply to cat - which is very important since they don't want anything applied to their coat or skin and run off as soon as they realize medicine is being put on them.

I used the Hartz flea & tick treatment one month prior. Had a large amount of liquid which the cats hated and ran from before I could finish applying it. It consequently did not work very well, plus it was too much liquid in their fur coats. They tried to lick it off which is unadvised on the packaging and can make them ill. Overall, a bad experience with that product.

This product is MUCH better - they haven't been able to lick any off, it absorbed into their coat quickly, and it killed all the fleas within a day and a half.
I am very pleased with this product.

I used to use an anti-flee collar and noticed that my cat was scratching a lot. I went for the extra expense and haven't looked back. Within about 24-48 hrs the scratching reduced dramatically and he really calmed down. This really seems to work and what won't we do for our furbabies...

We are experiencing a very heavy tick season in New Hampshire this year. Thank Goodness for Frontline! My five cats pick up ticks everyday but with Frontline the ticks are killed very quickly. I do wish it would repel the ticks or kill them before they bite the cat.

Buddy is mostly a house pet but like most cats likes to go out once in awhile. I try to go out with him for a brush and let him eat some grass and be a little bit of a cat. When he is out he's exposed to ticks and fleas even if its for a short time so I enjoy the protection Frontline provides.

A few years ago we took in a stray litter of kittens. We did not know that they had fleas. We had 8 other cats, so this was a HUGE issue. We purchased enough of this treatment to treat all 12 cats. We keep our kitties inside, so we only got one dose for each kitty. After the supply was all gone and treatment was over, there were ZERO fleas and we have never had another problem again with fleas. That was three years ago! Anything that can get rid of an infestation like we had in three months is perfect in my book. I would recommend this to any pet owner.

Frontline Plus works well on fleas and ticks. It lasts long and doesn't wash off. It works better than regular Frontline. It also seems gentler than other flea product brands I have tried. I will continue to use this on my cats.

We have indoor cats, but occasionally we notice a lot of itching and evidence of flea infestation. We immediately pull out the Frontline and apply as directed. Using for two to three months completely eliminates the fleas. Because of where it's applied, there's no need for concern that the cat will lick it off during grooming. My only complaint is that I always fight with the packaging.

Our cat had a reaction to this-I applied it twice and skipped the third application due to this, but we took her to the groomer and the fleas were back, so I gave it one last time and she had another reaction. The reactions were seizure type behaviors and excessive drooling.

I originally didn't buy Frontline because of the cost involved. As a multi cat owner, I needed 2 packages to cover all my cats for just 1 month. When I finally had enough of store brand products, I bought the Frontline. I will never use anything ever again! Within 2 days my cats were no longer infected and I was impressed beyond my expectations.

I wanted to use Frontline Plus to see if it would kill the fleas. I've used other medicines, but they are not good for bees, and wanted to use something that did not harm bees. Unfortunately, it took a very long time and I still had fleas after 30 days. It needs 2-3 months continuous use before it will work correctly and properly. Sorry, I don't recommend this product, despite it's good points.
